SELF AWARENESS is a major component in navigating life with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity. We cannot heal what we cannot see. Developing our self awareness is the first step in sharpening our ability to see our patterns BEFORE we act them out.

If any of the material in this workshop brings up distress that feels difficult to manage, here are some things you can do to self care...
· Get some water or tea.
· Put both feet on the floor and slowly press down.
· Look around the room slowly and lay your eyes on three things that you like.
· Close your eyes and take some gentle slow deep breaths into your belly.
· Share what you are feeling with the group.
· Journal about what is alive for you inside.
·Step outside for a few minutes and get some fresh air.
·Call and talk to someone you trust about what's coming up for you.
·Step into the back room or other space and be quiet for a while.
